Returns

We are so confident in Back-A-Line, we will give you 30 days to make sure you are delighted with the results. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it within the 30-day trial period for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, free of damage and with no missing parts.

Package your item carefully for shipment. Please include a copy of your order inside the package and write your order number on the outside of the package. We recommend you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number.

Refunds are paid via your original method of payment.  

Important Exceptions

Shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in case of defect or our error.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Items that are damaged or missing parts.
  • Items that are dirty, soiled, have cat hair or smell of tobacco. You get the picture.
  • Items that are received beyond the 30-day return window.
  • Sale and clearance items.
  • International orders.

Our ordering system cannot process an exchange. If you need a different size or model, please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the item you want.
