Returns & Exchanges

We are so confident in Back-A-Line, we will give you 30 days to make sure you are delighted with the results. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it within the 30-day trial period for a full refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, free of damage and with no missing parts.

Package your item carefully for shipment. Please include a copy of your order inside the package and write your order number on the outside of the package. We recommend you use a shipping method that provides a tracking number. Customers are responsible for round-trip shipping on returned products except in case of defect or our error.

Important Exceptions

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:

  • Items that are damaged or missing parts.
  • Items that are dirty, soiled, have cat hair or smell of tobacco. You get the picture.
  • Items that are received beyond the 30-day return window.
  • Sale and clearance items.


We are happy to exchange your item for a different size if necessary. Please include a note with the returned item, specifying the size you would like in exchange.

Items returned for exchange must be in original, pristine, unused condition. Used items returned under our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee are not eligible for exchange.
